Donald Trump may be running a current presidential campaign, but that didn’t stop the former president and 2024 hopeful from being called into court today. Trump, who was indicted last week on 37 felony counts in connection to the classified documents stored at his Mar-a-Lago estate, will be at a federal courthouse in Miami this afternoon.

Trump allegedly “shared a classified map related to an ongoing military operation and improperly stored boxes containing classified documents at his Florida home, Mar-a-Lago, including in a ballroom, bathroom and shower,” per PBS.

He has also been accused of refusing to give the documents to the Justice Department and for giving false information to the FBI.

According to Special Counsel Jack Smith, per PBS, the indictment charges Trump with “felony violations of our national security laws” and “participating in a conspiracy to obstruct justice.”

Trump has said he will plead not guilty, according to NBC News, and has even encouraged his supporters to protest outside of the Miami courthouse today.

Trump Arraignment Time: What Time Does Trump Go to Court?

Trump is expected to attend a hearing at 3 p.m. ET today at federal court in Miami. According to CNBC, Trump arrived in Doral, Florida on Monday (June 12) ahead of his Tuesday court date. He plans to leave Miami after the hearing and travel to Bedminster, New Jersey, where he will host a presidential fundraiser.

How to Watch Trump’s Arraignment Live: Livestream Info, Channel and More

When Trump was arraigned in New York in April, there were photographs and recordings in the court room, but things will be a little different this time around. PBS reports that Trump will only be represented by sketch artists inside the court room today, and that reporters may not bring electronic devices inside with them.

Multiple news outlets will offer livestreams of Trump’s Miami arraignment starting at 3 p.m. ET. USA Today is offering a free livestream of Trump’s hearing on their YouTube channel, which you can watch directly below.

Because of the strict security protocols, viewers at home likely won’t get to see too much of Trump’s time in court today. Deadline reports that Magistrate Judge Jonathan Goodman “rejected a media coalition request for limited camera access before the proceedings, as well as to make audio available afterward.”
