Former President Donald Trump will make his first appearance in a Manhattan courtroom Tuesday afternoon on criminal charges tied to the Stormy Daniels “hush money” payment — marking an unprecedent moment in US history.

Trump, 76, will face a historic booking and arraignment after he surrenders to the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office downtown in the early afternoon.

He’ll be fingerprinted and likely have his mugshot taken before his scheduled 2:15 p.m. hearing in Manhattan Supreme Court, sources have said.

Trump became the first US president to be hit with criminal charges Thursday when a grand jury convened by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg voted to indict him in connection to a six-figure payment made to Daniels in the lead up to the 2016 election.

The ex-commander in chief is said to be facing more than 30 counts of falsifying business records, including at least one felony charge, though the indictment won’t be unsealed until the arraignment.

Trump isn’t expected to be wearing handcuffs when he is escorted into the courtroom, according to sources.

His attorney, Joe Tacopina, has said he will enter a “not guilty” plea.

Bragg is set to hold a press conference following the hearing.

The 45th president has slammed the case against him as a politically-motivated “witch hunt” and denied any wrongdoing.

“WITCH HUNT, as our once great Country is going to HELL!” he posted on his Truth Social platform on Monday.

The probe is scrutinizing a $130,000 payment made to Daniels, real name Stephanie Clifford, in the waning days of his 2016 presidential campaign, as well as another six-figure payment to former Playboy model Karen McDougal.

Both women allege they had sexual encounters with Trump in the years before he entered politics, which he has denied.

Daniels has claimed Trump’s then-lawyer and “fixer” — Michael Cohen — paid her to stay quiet about the alleged affair.

The spectacle surrounding his arraignment sparked major security concerns throughout Manhattan as local authorities and the Secret Service juggled the unprecedented proceedings.

Mayor Eric Adams on Monday urged Trump supporters to “be on your best behavior” as he warned the NYPD wouldn’t hesitate to arrest and charge anyone who breaks the law in protest over the former president’s arraignment.

“While there may be some rabble-rousers thinking about coming to our city … a message is clear and simple: ‘Control yourselves,’ ” Adams said. “This city is our home, not a playground for your misplaced anger.”

The NYPD began erecting barricades along the edge of the sidewalks around the court and Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue over the weekend in preparation of Trump’s arrival — and in anticipation of any protests.

Trump touched down in New York City on Monday afternoon after flying in on his brand-name red, white and blue Boeing 757 private jet from his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.

The former president — who arrived at his Trump Tower residence to find it flanked by protesters, supporters and a sea of cameras — waved briefly to the crowd before briskly walking inside.  

Trump is scheduled to return to Mar-a-Lago immediately after his arraignment to address his supporters Tuesday night — in what will be his first speech since the indictment.
