NYC stabbing in the Bronx leaves man dead, suspects on the run

Authorities are on the hunt for two attackers who stabbed a 36-year-old man to death on a Bronx street Saturday in broad daylight, according to police.

The two suspects approached Bronx resident Jyleal Conner near East 149th Street and Bergen Avenue around 11:35 a.m. and knifed him multiple times all over his body with cutting instruments, cops said.

Conner was rushed to Lincoln Hospital where he was pronounced dead, police said.

The two attackers fled on foot in an unknown direction, according to police.

Images captured of the two suspects leading up to the stabbing were released by the NYPD in a bid for the public’s help.

One of the suspects was seen wearing large sunglasses, a facemask and a Yankees ball cap. He was also wearing a light V-neck shirt.

The other suspect was also wearing a Yankees ball cap and a dark t-shirt with rolled-up pants. He also appeared to smoking a cigarette leading up the slaying.
