A man left a Las Vegas police officer permanently disfigured when he bit off part of the cop’s ear after barricading himself inside a bus, police said.

Around 6:45 p.m. on Monday, Metro police responded to a report of a man refusing to leave a Regional Transportation Commission bus near Durango Drive and Blue Diamond Road after he became enraged he missed his stop, according to charging documents obtained by KLAS.

The private security guard who called police told them the man — later identified as 29-year-old Alynn McFarland — threatened to “shoot and kill” him and the bus driver.

McFarland “threw rocks and a small trash bin” at the caller and tried to punch the driver, police wrote in the affidavit.

When officers moved in to remove McFarland from the bus, he kicked and threw a rock at a police dog, cops said.

He also punched three officers, spit on three more and chomped on one officer’s ear, detaching his earlobe, according to the affidavit.

Police were not able to recover the officer’s earlobe and attempt to re-attach it, police said. As a result the officer was left permanently disfigured.

McFarland, covered in blood, was finally taken into custody after police tased him.

He is facing several charges, including battery, mistreatment of a police animal and mayhem, according to records.
