Currently, Chanchal is busy shooting for the popular director Srijit Mukherjee’s movie Padatik of Upper Bengal. He played the title role in this movie based on the biography of the legendary director of the subcontinent, Mrinal Sen.

Chanchal said, I had to prepare for this job for a long time. Apart from this, the language problem had to be faced in the shooting. Because Mrinal Sen spoke in all languages ​​including Bengali English Hindi. So I tried my best to capture the character. And there is no shortage in trying to give my best in any work. Sharing his work experience, the actor further said that Srijit Mukherjee has already proved his skill and talent in various works. Before this he wanted to do a job with me.
