William Karlsson had a golden night.

The Vegas Golden Knights celebrated their first-ever Stanley Cup championship and their longtime forward stole the show during the parade down the famed Las Vegas strip.

As the newly minted Stanley Cup Champions were announced to the crowd and made their way onto the stage at Toshiba Plaza outside T-Mobile Arena, Karlsson, holding a tall slim can, slipped down the stairs before he was helped up by one of his teammates.

“Ow,” Karlsson seemingly said.

Karlsson led the crowd in a “Go, Knights Go,” chant while he removed his shirt and tossed it into the crowd during team captain Mark Stone’s speech to the Vegas faithful.

Karlsson, one of the original Vegas players and dubbed “an original misfit,” then grabbed the microphone to introduce Jonathan Marchessault, who was named the playoff’s Most Valuable Player, on stage.

“Ok, you guys can hear me, yeah you hear me? So um, this guy, this f-ing guy, he was here day one, and I know you have been here day f–king one,” Karlsson said before pausing for a cheer from the fans and his teammates.

Karlsson, in his sixth season with Vegas, tallied 17 points in 22 playoff games.

He also took a random shot at the Arizona Coyotes during his passionate speech.

“You guys are so amazing, we played Arizona in the first game and we beat the s–t out of them. And I had no points, but that’s ok because that year one I was pretty f–king great. But you guys were greater. We’ve been up and down on this journey to the cup.”

Several people on stage attempted to cut the partying Karlsson off the mic, but he continued with his speech.

“Listen to me, we’ve been waiting for six long years for this guy to be MVP, Jonathan Marchessault.”

Karlsson took a sip from the Stanley Cup before stepping onto a speaker and singing ABBA’s “Dancing Queen” and being hauled off over his teammate’s shoulder.

“The greatest speech in NHL history was given by William Karlsson,” one Twitter user said.

“William Karlsson needs a street named after him in Vegas after this speech,” another added.

Karlsson has many reasons to celebrate over the past two months.

The 30-year-old and his wife Emily welcomed their first child, a boy named Beckham, in May.

The couple was snapped alongside the newborn who fit snugly inside the Stanley Cup after Karlsson’s Golden Knights defeated the Florida Panthers.
