Maharashtra (Mumbai): Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis has made a big reveal about Uddhav government, he said that Uddhav Thackeray government wants to send him to jail. Fadnavis said the responsibility had been assigned to former police commissioner Sanjay Pandey. Fadnavis said that even though he had done nothing wrong, the police commissioner could not be successful. The former Chief Minister said these things during the program.

He said that the government of Mahavikas Aghadi had given a target to the then Mumbai Police Commissioner Sanjay Pandey to put me in jail. The government somehow wants to involve me. And wants to file a criminal case against me. Fadnavis said he had no personal enmity with Uddhav Thackeray but he had stopped answering my calls. If he didn’t want to forge an alliance with the BJP, he should have told me.

Eknath Shinde tied the knot with the BJP last year

Last year, Eknath Shinde rebelled in Shiv Sena and formed his own party, which led to the fall of Mahavikas Aghadi’s government led by Uddhav Thackeray. Eknath Shinde forms the government in Maharashtra in alliance with the BJP and becomes the new state CM. Devendra Fadnavis was appointed Deputy Chief Minister in the Shinde government.

In Maharashtra, Sanjay Pandey, an IPS officer class of 1986, was arrested in a money laundering case after the Mahavikas Aghadi government fell and the Eknath Shinde party and the BJP came to power. He is currently out on bail.
