A 14-year-old boy was shot at a basketball court in the Bronx over the weekend — part of a spate of gun violence involving New York City teenagers this summer.

Bullets flew just before 8:20 p.m. Saturday on the court at Walton Avenue and 181st Street in Fordham Heights, striking the teen in the buttocks, police said.

The young victim was brought to New York-Presbyterian/ Columbia Medical Center, where he was in stable condition, according to the cops.

It was unclear what led to the shooting, or if the teen was the intended target.

The suspect was still at large, police said.

It comes just two weeks after another 14-year-old boy was shot and injured on a basketball court in South Ozone Park, Queens.

The shootings followed a slew of others involving teens over the last few months, including one in Brooklyn where a 15-year-old aspiring mixed martial artist was killed by a stray bullet in July.

The slain youngster, Faridun Mavlonov, was one of five teens shot across the city during a bloody 12-hour span on July 17.

The following week, a 16-year-old girl was hit by a stray bullet and injured as she stood on a street corner in East Flatbush, Brooklyn.
